Course Highlights:
Leadership vs. Management: The course explores the distinction between leadership and management, helping participants understand when each role is appropriate and how to balance the two effectively.
Leadership Concepts: Participants will delve into various leadership concepts, including situational leadership/management and transactional and transformational leadership/management.
Habits of Leadership: Ian will cover the "9 Habits of Leadership," which can help individuals develop effective leadership skills.
Leadership Styles: The course explores different leadership styles, including servant leadership, non-solo leadership, "teamship," and distributed/shared leadership.
Skill Development: Participants will work on enhancing their self-regulation, problem-solving, and emotional intelligence skills, all of which are crucial for effective leadership.
Experience Sharing: Attendees will have the opportunity to share their own experiences as leaders or managers, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
Strategy vs. Tactics: The course will distinguish between strategic thinking and tactical approaches in leadership.
Relational Leadership: Participants will learn about the relational aspects of leadership and how leaders' behavior influences others' responses.
Organizational Culture: The final day of the course will focus on organizational culture and how positional leaders can shape the work climate within an organization.
Participants will engage in two sessions per day led by skilled practitioners.
Lunch is provided every day, and attendees can also enjoy downtime by the beach, swim, or take a siesta.
Dinners can be enjoyed in recommended tavernas or restaurants.

A New Retreat Space in Melanes, Naxos – Opening October 2025
Tucked just outside the tranquil village of Melanes in the heart of Naxos, a brand-new retreat space is taking shape—designed for well-being, creativity, and connection to nature.
Set among vineyards, orange and lemon trees, and the gentle hills of the Naxian countryside, the house offers a peaceful, grounding environment. With clean Cycladic lines and a natural aesthetic, the space is crafted to feel both restorative and inspiring.
There will be a handful of thoughtfully designed indoor rooms, A pool anchors the grounds—ideal for quiet reflection, movement practices, or simply soaking in the sun.
Though the house will be completed in August 2025, we are carefully preparing the space to its full potential. Our first retreats will begin in October 2025, with a limited number of intimate gatherings focused on wellness and slow living.
