Courses

Booking Conditions

If a booking request is made using the Naxos Creative Website you will receive an automatic reply confirming we have received your booking request. All bookings are subject to availability.

You can secure your course with a deposit of 25% of the cost per person. The balance of the course fee with be required (8 weeks) before your course start date.

Your deposit will be refunded to you if you cancel in writing within seven days of your initial booking

Cancellation Policy

(a) More than eight weeks before departure, the deposit is forfeited. 

(b) Less than eight weeks before departure, the following percentage of the total fee is retained or payable, even if the balance remains outstanding: 4 - 8 weeks: 40%; 2 - 4 weeks: 60%; 1 - 2 weeks: 75%; Less than one week and on or after arrival: 100% of course fee retained or payable.

In many cases, cancellation fees are covered by insurance. Please notify us in writing if you need to cancel

Transferring Courses

Subject to availability, you may transfer your booking to another course.

Flights

Although Naxos Creative Ltd is not a flight provider we can help with your flight bookings. It's best to book your flights through ATOL bonded companies. Naxos Creative cannot accept responsibility for costs incurred due to delay or cancellation of these flights, or loss of/damage to baggage, and it cannot refund fees.

Disclaimer

Staff cancellations, weather conditions, low bookings, maintenance work, mechanical faults, civil unrest or other situations outside of our control may mean that some amenities or courses described become temporarily or permanently unavailable. We reserve the right to make changes to our programme, transfers, courses and/or facilitators. We are not travel agents or flight carriers and therefore do not take responsibility for flight arrangements, delays or cancellations

We do not accept liability for any costs incurred as a result of any of the following: cancellations, delays or changes caused by war, threat of war, closure of airports, civil strife, industrial action, natural disaster, technical problems with transport, or other events beyond our control including those mentioned in the preceding paragraph; participants' medical or psychiatric conditions which may develop during or subsequent to the holiday; loss of, or damage to, personal property of participants

Please Note: Although Naxos Creative can provide individual wellbeing and counselling sessions, the majority of the courses and activities provided are not suitable for people who cannot take responsibility for themselves.

We will collect personal information from you when you complete a form on this website to make a booking or make an enquiry. We also will collect personal information from you if you book by telephone or in writing.

The information we collect may include your title, name, email address and telephone number.

We do not collect any special personal data (such as health, disability, race, etc.) unless you wish to make us aware of special circumstances where it may be necessary to make reasonable adjustments at a venue or provide for special dietary needs. 

How we use the information

We take all necessary measures to ensure the privacy and confidentiality of the information collected.

We will also use this information to ensure the safe and efficient running of the courses

If you book a course then we may contact you with news about similar products you will find relevant and of interest. You may opt-out of receiving such communications at any time by unsubscribing or contacting us.

From time to time ( with your permission) we may use your name or job title when publishing feedback comments on the Testimonials page of our website or other marketing materials.
